Joint Application
A mortgage application that involves more than one person as the borrower.
Joint Liability
Two people who are responsible for a loan or debt.
Judgement Lien
Court ordered monetary judgement against a property owner which has not been paid.
Jobbers
The term previously used for a market makers.
Joint life annuity
An annuity that continues after the death of the first partner and ends after the death of the second partner.

Junk bond
Bonds that are considered to be very risky.
